THE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
HATHA YOGA:
Ariel is trained in a classical flowing style of hatha yoga. These classes are gentle, strengthening and challenging all at the same time. Postures flow with the breath, while quieting the mind into a meditative enjoyment of the moment. Each class is creatively woven together utilizing breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas), mindfullness, humor and joy. Variations are given for all students levels of abilities. The intermediate classes are recommended for students with an on-going personal yoga practice of at least a year, or with prior approval from Ariel. Those classes will include more advanced asanas, in a slightly faster paced environment.

POWER YOGA:
Power Yoga is a more vigorous form of
Hatha Yoga. Postures flow together in a moving meditation
with emphasis on breathing. Combines a great cardio workout
with added benefits of strength and flexibility. Ariel's power yoga classes are inspired by Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, with a dash of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. All levels
are invited to join, however, previous yoga experience is
an asset in this fast paced class.

Pre-Natal
Yoga
Learn
gentle stretching and strenghtening postures, cultivate
breath awareness and develop a bond with your growing baby
and changing body. Teacher is a practicing doula, and you'll
learn some practical tips for labor and birth.No previous
yoga experience required! All trimesters are welcome to
participate.
The Pre-Natal/Post Natal class at Bonsor will welcome non-moblie, pre-crawling babies. It will include exercises for expecting mothers and also for mothers in the post-natal period.
